Working with children and young people as a coach is an incredible experience. The most important relationship is with ourselves, and it is where all other relationship success comes from. As one of my trainers Tony Robbins says regularly, “The quality of your life is the quality of your relationships.”

For anyone to truly grasp this at a young age gives them an essential leapfrog into a fulfilled adult life. I have seen my clients grow in confidence, in clarity of thought and their self-esteem flourish.
