One on one coaching is tailored to you. And until we have our first conversation together we won’t know exactly what will work best. There are a number of options, from an intensive engagement – where we might work together for a full day, to weekly, or bi-weekly sessions – where we work together for up to 2 hours each time. In between sessions you will have unlimited email and WhatsApp messaging as and when needed depending on what we are working on. The first 4-6 sessions are usually at least every week laying the foundations and gathering early momentum you then begin to sustain more independently. After that the sessions will be tailored to the timetable you need to achieve your outcomes. At this point, if you do all the work I assign for you, I guarantee you will have transformed significantly, with more confidence, clarity and a sure and steady self belief.

My coaching is very action orientated and there will be homework and activities to take every week and developing these regular independent practices may even continue once our engagement is over. Once we have coached together, my door is always open. Sometimes people will come back after some time when they want to change something new, or find they need support with a one off session. It can be flexible.
I can work with you locally in my studio in the South of England, or on the phone or with Skype/Facetime or WhatsApp or a mix of all 3 as suits you. This is one-on-one tailored coaching specific for you. I will guide you and support you every step of the way.
